🌸Good Morning World🌸
✨When you take your precious time starting your mornings, you are not just calming your body. You are also calming your mind and your soul. When you start your day slowly, you can move at your own pace. You are able to think more clearly about the plans you have for your day. You are also able to do quick meditations such as focusing on your breathing and observing your surroundings.

When I start my mornings off slowly, I’m able to enjoy my cup of coffee. Instead of just making it and rushing out, I’m able to add just the right amount of sugar and creamer to my cup. Which leaves me satisfied, because who doesn’t like a good cup of Joe! I’ll wait!!
When I start my morning slowly, I am able to take my time and sightsee my surroundings. I’m able to view shops and restaurants, that catch my eye, while running errands. I’m able to just breathe at the traffic light instead of trying to make it through before turning red. When I start slowly I’m able to focus more because my mind is at ease.

Start your day slowly so you too can be focused on being calm throughout your day! Today is a cloudy morning. The sun isn’t out just yet but that doesn’t mean you can’t shine. Continue to shine BRIGHT✨, smile BIG😁, show 🩶, and to always be KIND😇! Remember you do MATTER, you are IMPORTANT, and always love YOURSELF!
