Sometimes, individuals need to HEAR that they are doing an AMAZING job and to continue to keep going. People sometimes need to SEE that they are doing a FANTASTIC job, in order for them to continue pushing forward!

There was a time in my life where I had to be my own motivation. Where I had to inspire myself to keep moving forward and I am here to tell you all, it definitely paid off! I remember being in a dark space, not knowing what to do or where to go! I was then reminded, of who I AM! Once I realized that I’ve been through way too much, I recognized my STRENGTH! I understood that in life, I WILL go through situations I NEVER planned, but how I make it through those situations, shows myself and others how strong I’m really am!

Today encourage yourself and others around you to keep pushing forward on their path to success! Whether that be reaching 100k followers on your social media accounts, reaching milestones at your place of work, reaching a fitness goal, or something simple like making your children laugh, whatever success looks like to you, be happy and continue MOVING forward!!
