✨When you decide to validate yourself instead of letting others put a stamp of approval on you, you are acknowledging that you recognize your self-worth. You will start to go within to find acceptance instead of waiting for others to accept you! You will start to encourage yourself by acknowledging your strengths and weaknesses, but not allowing them to stop you. You will start to celebrate yourself freely by doing all the things that make you, you, no matter who disapproves of it.

I remember back in my early adulthood when I used to seek validation from my peers. I used to want others to like me, to approve of me, and accept me like they would everyone else. As I mature into my late adulthood, I realize that the only approval I truly need is my own. When I use to try to fit in with everyone else, just for others to accept me, it drained my energy. I wasn’t true to myself and it showed. Once I started embracing the things that made me standout from the rest of my peers, I started to accept my true worth. I started to seek inner validation which lead me to be confident in my own skin.

Today validate yourself by seeking inner acceptance instead of waiting for others to approval of you. If you go within to know your true self you won’t have to wait on others to approval of you! Today is going to be an awesome day! Even though the sun is slowly rising to shine, you can still shine as soon as you open your beautiful eyes!
